If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are granted on products that do not work as expected within the warrantied time frame. You have 30 calendar days to return a used, demo or refurbished item under warranty from the date it was purchased. If returning a new item with a specified 60 day warranty, you will have 60 days from the date it was purchased to request a return or exchange.* 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email us at info@clearerimaging.com with your order details including which products you would like to return and why.
  2. Repackage your item and print the return shipping label.
  3. Send item back to us using the details provided.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it's condition and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Exchanges may be available depending on if a item of equal condition is in stock and available.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items sold As-Is or For-Parts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items sold without warranty are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging (if applicable).
  • Returned items in new condition must have no visible signs of wear or use.

*Please note that all new items that are returned not due to a defect will result in a 20% restocking fee.
