Returns are granted on products that do not work as expected within the warrantied time frame. You have 30 calendar days to return a used, demo or refurbished item under warranty from the date it was purchased. If returning a new item with a specified 60 day warranty, you will have 60 days from the date it was purchased to request a return or exchange.*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it's condition and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Exchanges may be available depending on if a item of equal condition is in stock and available.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
